Jurassic Park - a film series that everyone knows and has drawn millions of people to the cinema. Stern Pinball is another pinball machine from this era that will delight all dinosaur fans and take them back to the terrifying world of the successful 1993 film directed by Steven Spielberg.
This pinball machine was designed by Keith Elwin as the second pinball machine of his pinball designer career. The artwork was created by professional artist Johnny Bergeron AKA "Johnny Crap".
With this Jurassic Park pinball machine, players are transported to Isla Nublar. An island amusement park where escaped dinosaurs roam free. Your mission is to battle raptors and the mighty T. Rex as you try to rescue the park staff and recapture the escaped dinosaurs. An action-packed and adventurous pinball game with multiple twists and turns. A game that Gary Stern says was designed to be easy to play but challenging to master. Unlock four different multiball modes for added excitement. And collect "perks" that improve your score and stay with you throughout the game.
All models feature an expedition vehicle target in the centre of the playing field, which is a spinning Newton ball. This target registers direct hits and thus determines the direction in which the players navigate on the island during the game. In the Premium model, the T-Rex really comes to life and eats and throws the player's balls. The Premium model also includes a ball lock in the raptor enclosure and a metal helicopter that interacts with the balls.
The Limited Edition models are limited to 500 pieces worldwide and come with a unique HD art package, certificate of authenticity, anti-reflective glass, a shaker motor for game feedback, special green metallic powder coating, art blades!
This pinball machine is equipped with the new Insider Connected™ system from Stern. Connected Games are not your typical pinball machines. They have superpowers. They have state-of-the-art hardware that allows them to recognise players, connect to the internet and track players' scores and activity. Combined with an accompanying app, Stern Insider is a completely new online gaming system designed specifically for and by pinball players.
Jurassic Park is celebrating its 30th anniversary and Stern Pinball is celebrating with it. A 30th Anniversary Edition of the legendary Juthrassic Park pinball machine, limited to 500 pieces worldwide, has now been launched to mark the anniversary.
