Another highlight of this year's Pinball Expo was the unveiling of the mystery surrounding the "Mystery Pinball Company" and its first pinball machine.
Barrels of Fun, from David Van Es and Bowen Kerins, is the name of the new pinball machine manufacturer. The presentation of Jim Henson's Labyrinth Pinball starts with a big pizza party. Based on the 1986 fantasy film starring David Bowie.

Longest Running Pinball Show
For 4 days at the Schaumburg Convention Centre near Chicago, everything revolved around pinball at the world's most important pinball trade fair of the year.
There were plenty of pinball machines from new and well-known manufacturers in the industry to play pinball on. In addition to tournaments, autograph sessions and lots of other highlights, Stern Pinball invited all interested parties to the Factory Tour.

Pinball lounge at Massif Central
""Why are there actually only relatively few public (leisure) locations where you can simply play pinball in a relaxed atmosphere?"
Julia Sprossmann, the founder of Flipperspots, asked herself this question and decided to take matters into her own hands.
The project began with the installation of three pinball machines in the Eco Kart in Frankfurt am Main. When the opportunity arose in May to open her own pinball lounge at Massif Central (Bethmannhof Frankfurt a.M. - more information here massifcentral.rocks/ ), she seized the chance and realised her dream in no time at all.
The result: a fantastic pinball venue with five of the latest Stern machines, an Insider Connected Leader Board and great regular pinball tournaments.
We are all the more delighted that we have found a strong partner in Flipperspots.com, who shares our enthusiasm for pinball with us, and that we can thus make pinball accessible to many people.
