Payment and dispatch

Shipping conditions: Vending machines are only delivered within Germany. For other products from our online shop, delivery to other European countries is possible. Please enquire about the individual shipping costs. For customers from Germany, the shipping costs are listed below.

Payment options

We offer you the following options for paying for your order:

• Cash payment on collection
• Prepayment by SEPA bank transfer (you will receive an invoice from us after ordering, this is then to be paid to the specified account - you will find our account details on the invoice)
• Paypal - for purchases from €25 to €250, Paypal payment is possible directly in the shop. Payment with Paypal is also possible for amounts over €250, but a fee of 3% of the gross value of the goods will be charged. If you would like to use this form of payment, please select payment by bank transfer when completing your order and let us know in a separate email that you would like to pay by PayPal as an alternative. We will then send you an invoice for your ordered goods + shipping costs + Paypal fees. After you have received the invoice, you can make the payment to our PayPal account mail@pinball-garage.com.

The prices listed in the respective offers include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT.

Shipping costs

Due to their size and weight, ordered vending machines are delivered by a forwarding agent.

We charge € 130 incl. VAT per device/vending machine. In the case of delivery by a forwarding agent, you must ensure that the ordered goods can be received in person. To coordinate a delivery date, it is advantageous if you provide a telephone number when ordering.

The delivery time for new vending machines depends on availability and will be agreed with you individually. Vending machines that are immediately available are usually dispatched 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

Of course you can also collect your goods from us yourself! If you would like to collect your goods yourself , please contact us on 0176-22750294 or 03681-8130963 or by email so that we can arrange an appointment together. If you collect the goods yourself, we will of course not charge any delivery costs. We are always happy to meet our customers in person.

We also offer a personal delivery service on request. We will deliver your vending machine directly to your home and help you with handling and assembly. Once the machine is successfully installed in its desired location, we will give you a short briefing and the fun can begin. Please contact us for prices and scheduling.

Products from our online shop that do not have to be dispatched by a forwarding agent will be sent to you by DHL. We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of €8.90 for this.
